Brian FarrellFIND the CLIENT was founded in 2007 by Brian Farrell, and caters to sales professionals and sales leaders looking for the “edge” in today’s ultra-competitive marketplace. The company offers sales coaching and sales training to both individual contributors and sales teams.

About Brian Farrell

“My selling career began very early—first holding bedroom sales of unwanted toys to my brothers and sister, and then selling newspapers, fish and just about anything else I could get my hands on.

Some of the earliest sales training I can remember was from working the repair desk at an electronics retailer, where I mastered the art of upselling service contracts. I realized my position was inherently trustworthy, and my recommendation was rarely refused.

After college, my first “real” job was in the consumer loan business, where I built a referral network of local merchants and retailers, nearly doubling the size of my branch’s loan portfolio.

In the late ’90s, I sold air. Well, technically they were banner ads and sponsorships, but the media was so new, and so intangible, it might as well have been air. After the dot-com crash, I started a search marketing firm, consulting merchants on their Internet marketing strategy.

Today, I lead a sales team in positioning both websites and an alphabet soup of Internet marketing services (PPC, SEO, SEM, SoMe) to professional service providers. I also enjoy coaching and training others on social selling.”
